The MINI NEW CI ROADSHOW is one of the key new CI campaigns raised by MINI. There are totally 5 sets of relative toolkits produced by the MINI China central marketing team for different Chinese regions. Spanning 6 months and covering 44 cities nationwide, the YOUNGS team has fully responded various requests from client, and confronted diverse situations & challenges.
Committed to the two ultimate goals: to enhance product awareness on new model, and to enhance new brand publicity efforts, the YOUNGS team is fully responsible for the overall operation management. One of the biggest challenges came from managing various venues and manpower. By maintaining a sound & efficient communication system with more than 90 MINI Chinese dealers, we made this whole campaign a great fun and a unforgettable experience.
